How is the monthly fee paid?
We only accept online payment via credit card. This, again, is to reduce the administrative overhead of our operation and to make sure everything is paid on time with as little work for either party as possible.
Can I get my money back?
Within the first 30 days, we have a 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked. This, of course, means that you would not get any of the code or work produced during that time.
Later on, refunds would be worked out on a case-by-case basis, but would never exceed the amount of the last monthly fee paid.
No Custom Pricing
The plans you see at the end of the page are all we offer – we won’t be able to do custom pricing or discounts.
Requests/Communication
How are requests made?
You would simply send us an email and we’ll get to work.
Can we have a meeting?
Short answer is no. We can do introductory calls before you sign up, but after that, we have a strict no meeting policy to allow us to concentrate on what we do best – work on websites.
Any requests or general communication is done via email.
Can I get a discount?
No, we don’t do discounts or custom pricing, sorry.
I haven’t used up all requests, can I use them next month?
No. Request quotas are to be used up within a given month. If they are not used, they expire and the next month starts with the normal quota.
Services
I don’t need hosting, can I get a discount?
You can use your own hosting, but this won’t mean that we can give you a discount. Using your own server will actually mean more work for us and will likely be more expensiv for us in the long run.
Can you help me with my ecommerce store
We concentrate on content websites only. For ecommerce stores, please find an agency that specializes in that to get the best service possible.
